Women’s Basketball Recruits
Every update in today’s Women’s College Basketball Recruiting Notebook came directly from sources involved in the recruitment. Star ratings reflect the Rivals Industry recruiting rankings, which factor in Rivals, 247Sports and ESPN.
Finley Parker
2027 4⭐ Finley Parker (GA) committed to Indiana over after taking visits to Georgia, Georgia Tech, Clemson, Michigan and Wake Forest, she tells me. Her only official visits went to the Hoosiers and Bulldogs before locking in a decision. Indiana is looking to get back to the NCAA Tournament after its six-year streak of appearances ended last season.
“I have a great relationship with the coaching staff, they play a style of basketball that I like and suits me. The players and coaches made me feel at home, and that’s important with me going far away from home.”
Lily McCracken
2027 Lily McCracken (AZ) committed to Creighton over Utah, Colorado State and Arizona State, she tells me. McCracken was also in communication with Iowa before locking down on the Bluejays. Her father and uncle played college basketball at Creighton, and McCracken’s brother plans to attend as well.
“The coaches believed in me not only as a basketball player, but as a person, and I could really see myself growing there on and off the court. I loved the family atmosphere, the competitive culture, and the opportunity to play at a high level while getting a great education. Creighton already feels like part of my family. I’m excited to be part of something special and can’t wait to represent Creighton basketball.”

2027 Recruits
Rylee Canaan
2027 Rylee Canaan (IN) decommitted from Butler after a head coaching change, she tells me. Canaan committed to the Bulldogs for year and a half before changing her college plans. Since reopening her recruitment, Canaan received offers from Seton Hall, Murray State, Bowling Green, Lipscomb, Merrimack, Bradley and Penn. She plans to visit Lipscomb on May 22 with potential trips to Seton Hall and Miami-Ohio. Canaan is looking to commit before the end of July.
